Children ages 6 to 10 get an exclusive glimpse into the fascinating world of gymnastics. They’ll be personally welcomed by Swiss national team athletes, who will guide them through the day. While the children enjoy unforgettable gymnastics moments, parents can relax and enjoy the morning to themselves.

🎪 Exclusive Behind-the-Scenes Insights
The day begins where few others get to go: at the Hallenstadion in Zurich. The children get a peek behind the scenes of the Swiss Cup Zurich and experience podium training up close. They’ll see firsthand how top international athletes prepare for their big performance.
🤸♂️ Gymnastics, play, and learning from the best
Afterward, we’ll take a bus to the training hall (near the Hallenstadion in Zurich, about a 15-minute drive away). There, a varied program awaits, featuring games, physical activity, and introductory gymnastics elements. Together with Swiss national team athletes and trained instructors, the children will discover the diversity of gymnastics, try out new things, and gain valuable experience.
Of course, there will also be time to enjoy lunch together.

In the afternoon, the children will visit the Swiss Cup Zurich with a chaperone. They’ll watch top international athletes compete live and soak up the special atmosphere of this renowned artistic gymnastics event.
