A Day with the Stars: Swiss Cup Kids Day 2026
A peek behind the scenes, watching the gymnastics stars practice for the podium, and later getting active themselves: At Swiss Cup Kids Day, children experienced gymnastics from a very special perspective—a day with the Swiss national team athletes filled with movement, encounters, and world-class artistic gymnastics.
Before the world’s best artistic gymnasts took center stage at the Swiss Cup Zurich in the afternoon, the spotlight belonged to about 70 children that morning. At Kids Day, they got to go behind the scenes of this traditional event and watch the international stars prepare for competition during the morning podium training session.

They draw attention to the decisive moments, explain scoring criteria, and highlight details that are usually only recognized by former elite athletes.
Suddenly, the viewing experience changes: the next jump looks different. Every landing tells a deeper story. And behind the performance, the human being emerges.

From Training to the Stands
But the day isn’t quite over after Kids Day: Together with their chaperones, the children get to experience the Swiss Cup Zurich live and watch the athletes they previously observed during podium training now compete. An autograph session is also scheduled afterward.
